Job Title: Relationship Manager-PCG-Sales


Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Delhi


Role Summary:

You will handle acquisition and growth of high-value clients under the Private Client Group. You will drive revenue through advisory-led selling across equity, MF, PMS, AIF, Insurance and Fixed income products while maintaining strong compliance discipline. We are looking for experienced professionals of 4-5 years in PCG Sales with proven track record of client acquisition and AUM growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and onboard HNI and UHNI clients through direct sourcing and referrals.
  • Focus on acquisition of client accounts with equity margin
  • Manage client portfolios and drive AUM growth through suitable investment solutions.
  • Cross-sell PCG products including equity advisory, mutual funds, PMS, AIF and bonds.
  • Build long-term client relationships through regular reviews and market updates.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory, risk and internal governance frameworks.
