Job Responsibilities
  • Acquire new to bank HNI individual customer relationships satisfying the priority banking criteria through sales of liability, asset and investment products.
  • Ensure cross-sell and refer business to other areas of the bank (e.g., Business Banking, Corporate Banking).
  • Be conversant with the full range of Priority Banking products and services.
  • Meet all assigned targets on Wealth Management revenue, FX revenue, deposits and assets consistently month on month.
  • Ensure that the NPS (Net Promoter Score) is higher than 50 at all times.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction score of 95%.
  • Resolve 95% of complaints and service requests within the agreed TATs.
  • Be fully aware of all policies relating to operational risk, sales processes, credit policy, anti-mis-selling, etc.
