Key Responsibilities
- Manage client portfolios with a strong understanding of the security market, investments, insurance and economic trends.
- Sound knowledge of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, stocks, derivatives, bonds, and insurance products.
- Execute investment orders, handle policy issuance, renewals, claims, and other operational requirements.
- Conduct periodic client portfolio reviews, risk analysis, and financial planning discussions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial and investment proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate CRM/MIS reports for investments, insurance policies, renewals, and client activities.
- Proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across investment and insurance offerings.
- Resolve client queries, escalations, and grievances with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales, research, and product teams to deliver holistic financial solutions.
- Train and mentor Associate Relationship Executives (AREs) on client servicing and operational processes.
- Ensure process compliance, documentation accuracy, and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships based on trust, service, and results.
Skills Required
- Proven experience in Wealth Management / Operations / Client Relationship roles.
- Strong financial and analytical skills with working knowledge of investment and insurance products.
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets, Excel formulas, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team and client escalations.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently deliver results.
- Strong networking skills and professional references in the finance domain.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management / Operations / Client Relationship Management.
- Graduate / Postgraduate with specialization in Finance, Commerce, or related fields.
- NISM certifications (10A, 12, or V) and IRDAI certification will be an added advantage.
