Role Summary
The Relationship Manager – Samruddhi will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and growing affordable lending business in the assigned locations. The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, loan processing, and maintaining portfolio quality.
Key Responsibilities
Source Samruddhi loans through direct sales, referrals, and local connectors
Conduct regular field visits for customer acquisition and relationship building
Generate and manage a strong pipeline of affordable loan customers
Achieve monthly disbursement and productivity targets
Handle endtoend loan process from login to disbursement
Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per credit policies
Build and maintain relationships with customers and local influencers
Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams
Monitor portfolio quality and assist in early delinquency control
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in Affordable Housing / Micro Finance / Samruddhi / LAP / Home Loan sales
Strong local market knowledge of Malad, Andheri & Mira Road
Willingness to work in the field
