About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Relationship Manager to drive Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through direct sourcing. The role involves acquiring new customers, building strong relationships, and ensuring quality portfolio growth. This opportunity is with a leading private sector bank known for its digital-first approach, stable growth, and strong presence in retail lending.
Location: Noida
Reporting To: Sales Manager
CTC: As per industry standards
Experience: Minimum 1 Year (in HL / LAP preferred)
Qualification: Graduate (Any) | Postgraduate preferred
Preferred Age Band: 21–32 years
Key Responsibilities:

Source and acquire customers for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) through direct channels.

Conduct micro-marketing activities at potential markets, builder sites, and commercial zones to build a robust business pipeline.

Manage ticket sizes ranging from 20 Lakhs to 1 Crore.

Target customer segments such as wholesalers, retailers, chemists, and government employees to develop new client relationships.

Cross-sell other retail banking products and insurance offerings.
