Role Summary

The RM / Sr. RM / BDM – Mortgage will be responsible for driving secured lending business in the assigned locations through direct sourcing, connector networks, and relationship management. The role focuses on business acquisition, pipeline management, and maintaining portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities



Source mortgage / LAP business through direct sales, DSA/connectors, and referrals


Build strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners


Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet disbursement targets


Handle endtoend loan processing from login to disbursement
