  • Key stakeholder as part of the lead generation process to create sales opportunities for Ohmyhome.
  • Ability to qualify potential customers/ leads effectively
  • Actively drive engagement with customers to secure a sales appointment for our sales agent.
  • Share with home buyers/sellers the value proposition of our products and services. Proactively drive cross selling and upselling of these products/services.
  • Handle inbound/outbound enquiries from various channels (WhatsApp, SMS, in-house messaging systems, and Phone calls).
  • Be the voice of the customer to channel feedback to respective internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for the assigned Real Estate Consultants and assist to maximize sales opportunities for each call/enquiries
