Job Description (Relationship Manager):

  • Acquire new clients through prospecting, networking, references, and open market.
  • Sell mutual fund and investment products, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and institutions.
  • Liaise with investors, banks, and partners to promote targeted schemes.
  • Coordinate with branches, circle offices, and regional teams for business growth.
  • Organize and conduct Investor Awareness Programs and client engagement activities.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in existing accounts.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
