Responsibilities
- Connect with potential homebuyers and convert leads into sales
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable residential properties
- Work on company-generated leads and create self-leads through local activities and referrals
- Arrange and conduct property site visits
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams for smooth deal closure
- Ensure process compliance and high customer satisfaction
- Provide post-sales support, including home loan assistance
