Role Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-driven Relationship Managers to handle Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolios. The role focuses on direct sourcing, building strong market relationships, and ensuring business growth through high-quality acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and acquire customers for Home Loans and LAP through open market and direct channels.

  • Build sustainable relationships with builders, real estate agents, and market connectors.

  • Execute marketing and lead generation activities across assigned locations.

  • Maintain compliance, quality documentation, and portfolio standards.

  • Cross-sell other retail banking and insurance products.
