Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

 On-board and manage POSP (Point of Sales Person) partners through tele calling.

 Educate POSPs on health insurance products, processes, and sales guidelines.

 Drive business generation through POSP partners with regular follow-ups and support.

 Resolve partner queries related to products, issuance, login, and documentation.

 Achieve monthly B2B POSP activation and sales targets.

 Maintain daily MIS, call logs, and partner performance reports.

 Strong communication and tele calling skills.

 Ability to explain insurance products clearly.

 Relationship building and partner management skills.
