Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW: The Relationship Manager (RM) will act as a single point of contact for

assigned customers on behalf of the Developer. The role focuses on payment coordination,

customer communication, issue resolution, and post-sales support throughout the project

lifecycle.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

➢ Track and manage customer-wise payment plans shared by the Developer

➢ Send payment reminders at least 7 days before due dates

➢ Coordinate with customers to ensure timely payment collections

➢ Address customer queries related to payments, construction progress, and the project

timelines

➢ Handle and resolve customer complaints and negative feedback within defined timelines

➢ Assist customers with documentation required for flat/commercial unit registration

➢ Maintain ongoing customer engagement, including birthday wishes and milestone

communications
