Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and acquire new LAP customers through direct sales and channel partners.
  • Assess client eligibility, financials, and property documents.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursal.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure post-disbursal service.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • 1–6 years of experience in sales of secured loans (preferably LAP or Mortgage).
  • Good understanding of lending norms and documentation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
