Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and acquire new LAP customers through direct sales and channel partners.
- Assess client eligibility, financials, and property documents.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursal.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure post-disbursal service.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 1–6 years of experience in sales of secured loans (preferably LAP or Mortgage).
- Good understanding of lending norms and documentation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
