Designation – Relationship Manager
Notice Period – Immediate joiner / 15 days

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and acquire customers for Home Loans and LAP through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, and referral networks.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate loan products.
- Coordinate end-to-end loan processing including login, documentation, sanction, and disbursement.
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper MIS and provide regular sales updates.
- Deliver quality customer service and handle customer queries effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/H.S.C.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Home Loan / LAP sales with a Bank, NBFC, or HFC.
- Good understanding of mortgage products and documentation.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
