Designation – Relationship Manager

Notice Period – Immediate joiner / 15 days

Role – Individual Contributor

Years of Experience – 1 year to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and acquire customers for Home Loans and LAP through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, and referral networks.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate loan products.
  • Coordinate end-to-end loan processing including login, documentation, sanction, and disbursement.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain proper MIS and provide regular sales updates.
  • Deliver quality customer service and handle customer queries effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/H.S.C.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in Home Loan / LAP sales with a Bank, NBFC, or HFC.
  • Good understanding of mortgage products and documentation.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Target-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
