Role Summary
We are looking for a driven Relationship Manager who will work as an individual contributor to acquire direct clients and build a strong network of Business Associates (BAs) / DSAs for Stock Broking and allied wealth products. The role demands strong on-field sales capability, relationship-building skills, and consistent achievement of individual and channel-based targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire direct clients for: Stock Broking, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Mutual Funds
Fixed Deposits, Insurance
- Identify, onboard, and activate Business Associates (BAs) / DSAs with strong client networks
- Achieve individual revenue and volume targets across all assigned product lines
- Meet monthly KRAs and targets for: New client acquisition, BA / DSA onboarding & activation, Revenue generation
- Provide joint call support to Business Associates along with direct sales involvement
- Manage and nurture long-term client and associate relationships
- Conduct product training and sales support sessions for newly onboarded BAs
- Drive cross-selling and wallet share growth from existing clients
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications
- Graduate / Post Graduate (mandatory)
Experience
- Experience in Stock Broking / Wealth Management / Financial Services sales
- Strong on-field, self-sourced sales experience
- Prior exposure to BA / DSA channel management is preferred
