Role Overview:
We are hiring skilled Relationship Managers to expand Working Capital business across Indore. The role focuses on SME acquisition, open market sourcing, and managing existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source SME customers for Working Capital facilities (CC, OD, Term Loans).

• Conduct financial assessment and evaluate banking profiles for credit fitment.

• Identify prospective businesses through market visits, cold calls, and references.

• Manage end-to-end customer onboarding, documentation, and coordination with credit teams.

• Maintain portfolio quality through regular follow-ups and relationship management.

• Cross-sell allied banking and insurance products to deepen client relationships.
