Working Capital Relationship Manager (Rajasthan)


Locations: Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Bikaner

CTC: Up to 6 LPA

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Working Capital / SME Finance


Role Summary


Responsible for sourcing Working Capital products (CC, OD, Term Loan) through open market channels and managing SME customer relationships across assigned cities in Rajasthan.


Key Responsibilities




  • Acquire new SME clients for Working Capital products.




  • Source CC, OD, and Term Loan proposals from open market and reference channels.




  • Conduct financial assessment, bank statement analysis, and eligibility checks.




  • Manage existing relationships to increase wallet share and renewals.




  • Ensure documentation accuracy and coordination with credit and operations.




  • Drive monthly acquisition and revenue targets.




Eligibility Criteria




  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Working Capital / SME product sales.




  • Strong understanding of financial statements and business banking.




  • Local market knowledge of Rajasthan preferred.




  • Graduate or above.
