Working Capital Relationship Manager (Gujarat)

Locations: Ahmedabad, Rajkot
CTC: Up to 6 LPA
Experience: Minimum 2 years

Role Summary

This role involves sourcing and managing Working Capital business including CC, OD and Term Loans for SME customers across Ahmedabad and Rajkot.

Key Responsibilities



Generate new Working Capital business through market mapping and direct sourcing.


Acquire SME clients and evaluate credit requirements.


Coordinate with credit teams to support proposal evaluations.


Ensure TAT compliance for login-to-sanction process.


Maintain and grow existing SME relationships.


Drive cross-sell of liability and transaction banking products.



Eligibility Criteria



At least 2 years in SME / Working Capital sales.


Strong knowledge of Gujarat SME markets.


Ability to analyse financial statements and business profiles.


Graduate or above.
