The Position

Join World Vision as a Relationship Specialist – Schools & Youth and play a key role in inspiring the next generation to stand up for the world’s most vulnerable. In this dynamic and purpose-driven role, you'll lead the charge in building and nurturing relationships with schools, educational institutions, and youth-focused community groups to engage in fundraising, education, and advocacy campaigns.


This role will be a fast-paced, relational role that requires you to successfully identify, manage and lead key stakeholders, and influencers.


Your areas of responsibility:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining WVA’s 40HR Famine school strategy for FY26 and beyond

  • Developing, implementing and maintaining WVA’s CSPON and 1000 Girls campaign.
