:The opportunity:
General Office Administration & Secretarial Management is accountable for processes and teams in two or more of the following areas: General Office Administration and Clerical Support. Reception/Telephone/Switchboard. Mailroom & Filing Support. Secretarial/Administrative Assistant Support.
Dedicated administration Manager will enhance our engagement and liaison with local authorities, which is crucial for our operations.
How you’ll make an impact:
Operational Management: Directing daily facility operations, including building repairs, maintenance, and utility management (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Preventive Maintenance: Developing and implementing comprehensive preventative maintenance (PM) programs to minimize unplanned downtime.
Safety and Compliance: Ensuring 100% compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local environmental health and safety (EHS) laws,...
