The business is undertaking significant digital and technology initiatives to modernise platforms, improve service delivery, and strengthen operational capability across its enterprise environment.

About the Role

As a Release Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and governing the delivery of digital technology initiatives across a complex enterprise landscape. Working closely with delivery teams, the PMO, and senior stakeholders, you will manage release planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure technology changes are delivered safely and effectively.

The role operates across a broad digital portfolio and works within an SAP-centric ERP environment, requiring strong coordination across multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders.

About You

You are an experienced Release Manager with exposure to large-scale digital or enterprise technology environments. You bring strong coordination and governance skills, ideally within the utilities or other asset-intensive industries.

You will bring:

• Experience in release management within complex digital or enterprise technology programs
• Exposure to SAP or large ERP environments
• Understanding of PMO or portfolio delivery frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Utilities industry experience is highly regarded
