Hiring: Salesforce Release Manager (Dev Ops & Experience Cloud)

Availability: Immediate joiner or up to 15 days’ notice period
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Release Manager with strong Dev Ops expertise and hands-on experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with project, service, and release teams to plan and manage deployments
- Maintain the enterprise release calendar and manage release timelines
- Plan and support project cutovers and oversee production deployments
- Act as a subject matter expert for release management tools and support team members
- Identify and mitigate risks related to code conflicts, merging, and go-live decisions
- Manage sandbox refreshes, metadata packaging, branching strategies, and conflict resolution
- Work with tools such as Copado, Azure Dev Ops, Service Now, Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
