Hiring: Salesforce Release Manager (DevOps & Experience Cloud)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Release Manager with strong DevOps expertise and hands-on experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with project, service, and release teams to plan and manage deployments
Maintain the enterprise release calendar and manage release timelines
Plan and support project cutovers and oversee production deployments
Act as a subject matter expert for release management tools and support team members
Identify and mitigate risks related to code conflicts, merging, and go-live decisions
Manage sandbox refreshes, metadata packaging, branching strategies, and conflict resolution
Work with tools such as Copado, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
