Release Train Engineer- Hybrid

Cigna Medicare Advantage Portfolio Operations is hiring a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to manage one of our Product and Compliance release trains. Product and Compliance continues to enhance and consolidate our various assets to provide a world class customer experience. The RTE leads program level delivery of functional and technical priorities by creating and managing plans, facilitating processes, and ensuring execution of Cigna's Product and Compliance strategy as defined by our business leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works closely with Product Managers to understand priorities and works closely with scrum master's to understand capacity and constraints. Uses the info from Product and Scrum teams to sequence work and maximize delivery of strategic priorities aligned to their release train
