Reliability and Performance Management (RPM) Engineer

AboitizPower is looking for a dedicated Reliability and Performance Management (RPM) Engineer to join our Engineering and Technical Services group. In this role, you will support the RPM Supervisor in monitoring, evaluating, and recommending improvements for the thermal performance of our power plants.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Licensed/Registered Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineer.
• At least 5 years of experience in the operations and maintenance (O&M) of power plants, specifically within coal-fired thermal power plants.
• A minimum of 2 years specifically in a performance and/or reliability-focused position.
