The **Maintenance/** **Reliability** **Coordinator** provides front-line leadership for maintenance operations across two manufacturing plants on a three-shift schedule. This role oversees the safe, efficient, and reliable execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance while leading a team of multi-skilled technicians. In addition to daily crew supervision, the position drives equipment reliability improvements through troubleshooting support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives — fostering a safety-first, reliability-focused culture on the production floor.
