Essencial Functions

+ Develop and establish strategies and methods that improve preventive/predictive maintenance across multiple locations.

+  Lead Maintenance and Operations improvement projects across multiple locations.

+ Maximize clients’ equipment reliability focusing on equipment availability, equipment downtime reduction, and maintenance cost reductions.

+ Use reliability processes to implement risk assessments and financial justifications to advise clients on asset management. Technical writing of PM’s, PM reviews, PM modifications, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Failure Mode and Criticality Analysis (FMCA), management of Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

+ Identify cost improvement opportunities.

+ Oversee activities directly related to providing services.
