The Reliability Engineer will lead the execution of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and mechanical integrity to ensure asset availability, uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
+ Perform asset criticality assessments and activities to prioritize maintenance effort.
+ Verify and evolve master data templates and maintain a detailed asset library with nameplate and engineering data.
+ Partner with system owners and the CMMS team to develop, standardize, and optimize maintenance and PdM plans.
+ Establish work management, planning, and scheduling processes for preventive, predictive, refurbishment, and shutdown activities.
+ Design and implement a comprehensive PdM capability covering vibration analysis, laser alignment, motor testing, infrared thermography, ultrasound, motion amplification, and oil sampling.
