Reliability Engineer

If you’re driven to eliminate chronic downtime—not just react to it—this is your role. As a Reliability Engineer, you’ll be a change agent on the factory floor, helping move the operation from reactive maintenance to stable, predictable, high-performing assets using TPM and reliability best practices.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead reliability and maintenance strategies that reduce variation, downtime, and losses

  • Drive TPM, RCM, and continuous improvement across equipment, utilities, and processes

  • Analyze asset data and trends to eliminate repeat failures and improve OEE

  • Partner with Maintenance, Operations, and Quality to build a zero-loss...
