Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the facilities reliability program to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations
  • Partner with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams to ensure reliability and maintainability of new and modified equipment
  • Guide initiatives focused on reliability, maintainability, and failure elimination across:Equipment and production processesUtilities and facilitiesControls and safety systems
  • Define, design, implement, monitor, and continuously improve maintenance strategies, including:Value-added preventive maintenance tasksPredictive maintenance and non-destructive testing methodologies
