Job Description
Primary Duties:
Develops, maintains, and supervises predictive maintenance systems to ensure equipment reliability.Audits preventative/predictive inspections and programs to ensure effectiveness.Participates in team analysis for problem solving of major breakdowns.Assists in the planning of shutdown activity planning.Standardizes and maintains work procedures for equipment repairs to ensure best practice.Drives continuous improvement to reduce technical downtime.Ensure all spare parts necessary for proper equipment maintenance are kept at optimum levels to provide equipment reliability and reduce costs.Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to ensure matters of mutual concern are addressed and resolved.Ensure employees are provided appropriate guidance, counseling, or recognition on matters related to job performance.
