**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead disciplined and systematic equipment maintenance strategy development efforts
+ Create and update site areas, processes and equipment, criticality matrix
+ Set Maintenance different strategies to each equipment (RCM, Predictive, Reactive, CBM)
+ Support setting the preventive maintenance standard & follow up the quality & safety audit
+ Represent Maintenance on AHC streams
+ Collects, handles, and approve improvement ideas and promotes an innovative environment.
+ Provide SOP’s and Instruction Manuals related to automatic machinery for Associates
+ Leading or strong support in assigned projects
+ Align with global engineering team & OEMs to ensure right maintenance technology & strategy
+ Ensures compliance with all business unit policies and procedures as related to safety & Q...
