This position is responsible for managing the reliability of a large-scale operation site. The candidate will implement the group's reliability and maintenance strategies, standards, best practices (BOP), and improvement plans at the site. They will also identify improvement opportunities, develop, and execute plans to achieve continuous improvements in asset safety, reliability, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the candidate will lead all maintenance functions across three key disciplines: electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation, ensuring reliable ASU operations.
