Louth)The Opportunity We are seeking a reliable Relief Driver (Category C) to support the transport and logistics operations of a leading manufacturing firm in Co. Louth. This part-time role is ideal for an experienced driver seeking flexible hours in a stable industrial environment. Core Responsibilities Deliveries: Operate Category C vehicles for the collection and delivery of materials and finished engineering products. Load Security: Ensure all loads are safely secured and balanced according to industry standards. Compliance: Maintain accurate logbooks, delivery dockets, and vehicle inspection checklists. Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip checks and ensure vehicles are kept clean and roadworthy. Safety: Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and internal transport protocols. Candidate Profile Licensing: Full, clean Category C driving licence (essential). Credentials: Valid CPC (Driver Qualification Card) and Digital Tachograph card. Experience: Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing logistics is preferred. Attributes: Punctual, reliable, and capable of working independently. Compensation Hourly Rate: €20.00 per hour.
