Job Description

McCarthy Stone are looking for a professional Relief Duty Manager to join their team at their prestigious development, Catherine Court in Eastleigh, Hampshire. 

This is not traditional care, this is better! 

Base Salary: £13.56 per hour day rate and £11.44 sleeping night rate per hour plus additional pay (see below) 

Hours: To be discussed with the Manager (includes day and night shifts) 

Our day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or between 16:15 to 09:30.

Our night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00am

Our Relief Duty Managers sleep between 23:00pm and 07:00am providing emergency support only to our homeowners throughout that period.
