Relief Pharmacist (Scarborough)

We are seeking a licensed and flexible Relief Pharmacist to provide coverage across multiple pharmacy locations as needed. This role is ideal for a proactive and adaptable professional who excels in diverse environments and ensures seamless pharmacy operations during staff absences, peak times, or special projects.

Tasks

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and provide patient counseling.


• Oversee daily pharmacy operations in accordance with state/federal regulations.


• Supervise pharmacy staff and maintain workflow efficiency.


• Manage inventory, controlled substances, and pharmacy records.


• Provide immunizations and health screenings as permitted.


• Ensure a professional, safe, and compliant work environment.

Requirements

• Valid pharmacist license in Ontario.


• Proficiency with Fillware.


• Ability to quickly adapt to different pharmacy software and workflows.


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.


• Willingness to travel to assigned locations, often on short notice.


• Reliability, professionalism, and a patient-focused attitude.
