Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on driving app downloads and user acquisition across digital platforms.

  • Design and optimize app download campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Search Ads, and other mobile advertising networks.

  • Build consumer journeys leveraging consumer data, behavioural signals, and data attributes to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Create targeted B2C integrated marketing campaigns to acquire new users, increase app installs, and drive user engagement and retention.

  • Monitor, analyse, and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, conversion tracking, and attribution modelling to maximize ROI.

  • Collaborate with analytics teams, app developers, and creative agencies to refine campaign creatives, landing pages, and user funnels.

  • Analyse campaign data to derive actionable insights, improve targeting, and enhance app download rates.

  • Write, edit, and proofread promotional content for app campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.

  • Deliver regular performance reports, including KPIs such as cost per install (CPI), cost per action (CPA), and user retention metrics.

  • Stay updated on mobile marketing trends, app store optimization (ASO), and emerging ad technologies to maintain a competitive edge.


Key Skills



  • Proven expertise in managing app download campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Search Ads.

  • Strong experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g.,  Google Analytics, Appsflyer).

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to optimizing campaign performance and targeting.

  • In-depth knowledge of mobile attribution, tracking, and app store optimization (ASO) techniques.

  • Ability to manage multiple performance marketing campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Familiarity with current digital marketing trends, particularly in mobile and app-based marketing.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years focused on app download campaigns.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on real-time data insights.
