A leading global engineering firm is seeking an HR Co-ordinator based in Cooma, NSW, for a fixed-term contract of 2 years, with potential for extension. Responsibilities include drafting HR documents, coordinating new team member inductions, and maintaining employee records for over 80 staff. Ideal candidates must be local to Cooma and have exceptional organizational and communication skills. This is a full-time role, requiring 5 days in the office each week.
