You will act as the central point of coordination for remedial actions - requesting quotes, securing approvals, raising purchase orders, and assigning works promptly.
Your ability to maintain clear communication and accurate documentation will be key to delivering timely resolutions and exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Review engineers’ PPM recommendations and identify required remedial works. Request repair quotes from engineers and ensure accurate information upload. Track submitted quotes and follow up to prevent delays. Submit quotes to clients and monitor progress until approval is received. Raise Purchase Orders (POs) in line with internal procedures during approval stages. Update internal systems to reflect job status, progress, and completion.
