As a Remote Appointment Coordinator, you will connect with potential clients to arrange appointments. Your responsibilities include making outbound calls, following up with leads, responding to inquiries, and maintaining our CRM with interaction details.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to leads to schedule appointments with clients
- Nurture leads through follow-ups until appointments are confirmed
- Respond to inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospects
- Utilize scripts to communicate value propositions and handle objections
- Update the CRM with pertinent information after each interaction
- Efficiently manage the appointment calendar
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable making phone calls and adhering to scripts
- Excellent customer service orientation and listening abilities
