Job Description

As a Remote Appointment Scheduler, you will be tasked with reaching out to prospective clients to set appointments. Your role will involve making outbound calls, following up with leads, handling inquiries, and logging details into our CRM.



Key Responsibilities

Contact leads to schedule client appointments

Follow up with leads to nurture them until appointments are finalized

Respond to incoming calls, texts, and emails from prospects

Use call scripts to present value propositions and address any objections

Update the CRM with relevant information after each interaction

Effectively manage the appointment calendar

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Comfortable making phone calls and following scripted dialogues

Strong customer service skills and good listening abilities
