Trident Facility Solutions is a growing commercial janitorial service provider based in the Baltimore-Washington metro area. We specialize in high-quality cleaning for office buildings, medical facilities, government contractors, and more.
We're expanding our sales outreach and seeking Base + commission **cold callers** to help us book qualified appointments with business owners and facility managers.
**Role Summary**
As an Appointment Setter, you'll be responsible for outbound cold calling, qualifying leads, and booking 15-minute walkthrough appointments for our sales team. You’ll use our provided script, CRM, and calendar tools to set appointments with decision-makers at local businesses.
**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls using CRM or dialer
- Qualify leads using set criteria and script
- Schedule onsite walkthroughs
- Log interactions and notes into CRM
