Remote Architecture & Engineering Recruiter

We are seeking aRemote Architecture & Engineering Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment for Architecture, Engineering, and Construction roles, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and new hires. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates; and collaborate closely with management to meet staffing goals. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in sourcing tools and systems.
