Bilingual Case Manager (English / French)
Pay: $30 - $42.50/hour

Fully Remote Opportunity - 3 Month Temporary Contract

Must be able to work on EST hours:
Monday to Friday (can work 8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm, or 10am – 6pm)

Job Duties:
- Ensure patients are enrolled in the patient support program
- Provide assistance regarding reimbursement support
- Investigate reimbursement options available
- Keep diligent records of patient files
- Ensure patients are scheduled for diagnostic tests
- Review post visit reports to confirm next appointment

Requirements:
- Fluent (verbal and written) in English & French
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Patient Support Programs
- Knowledge of Special Authorization processes and Canadian drug coverage
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or insurance industry
