Bilingual Reimbursement Specialist (English / French)
Pay: $26 - $28/hour

Fully Remote Opportunity - 3 Month Temporary Contract

Must be able to work on EST hours:
Monday to Friday (can work 8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm, or 10am – 6pm)

Job Duties:
- Gather all patient information to complete necessary insurance forms
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding coverage options
- Follow up until a decision has been made regarding coverage
- Offer financial assistance for patients

Requirements:
- Fluent (verbal and written) in English & French
- Minimum 2 years of reimbursement experience within a patient program environment
- Familiarity with the authorization process for insurance
