Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and categorize daily financial transactions
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan statements
  • Maintain accurate general ledger entries
  • Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Track expenses and support budgeting and cash flow management
  • Maintain organized digital financial records
  • Communicate regularly with the U.S.-based team regarding financial updates
  • Support CPA/accountant during tax preparation and audits

Job Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper for U.S.-based clients
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (Required)
  • Experience working remotely and meeting U.S. deadlines
