Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Record and categorize daily financial transactions
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan statements
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Track expenses and support budgeting and cash flow management
- Maintain organized digital financial records
- Communicate regularly with the U.S.-based team regarding financial updates
- Support CPA/accountant during tax preparation and audits
Job Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper for U.S.-based clients
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (Required)
- Experience working remotely and meeting U.S. deadlines
