**Job Title: Community Association Bookkeeper**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Payable (AP) & Vendor Management**
- Process and pay invoices accurately and on time.
- Ensure all invoices for the week are entered by **Wednesday at 2 PM** and paid by **Friday at 12 PM**.
- Maintain and update vendor information, including payment accounts.
- Set up and transfer utilities as needed.
- Manage auto-pay setups for recurring expenses.
**HOA Financials & Reconciliations**
- Reconcile HOA bank accounts monthly.
- Conduct audits of owner ledgers and address any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate beginning balances for both **owners** and **HOA banking** accounts.
- Load HOA budgets into accounting software and make necessary annual adjustments to dues.
**Insurance & Credit Card Management**
- Track insurance policies, ensuring renewals and expiration dates are managed properly.
