How You’ll Create Value

What Success Looks Like

Brand Strategy & Positioning - Sharpen value propositions and design an integrated brand story that cuts through on web, social and events.

Digital & Performance Marketing - Plan, launch and optimise full-funnel campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and email.

Content Marketing Leadership - Set the editorial calendar, produce thought-leadership (blogs, video, podcasts, social media ads) and receive and deliver training in ad design and AI tools.

Growth Analytics & Automation - Track your KPIs with Google Analytics and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Translate data into actionable experiments, dashboards and ROI reports.

Campaign & Launch Management - Orchestrate online activities that convert audience interest into qualified leads.

Stakeholder Collaboration - Coach other executives on brand voice, partner with community leaders and ensure a seamless client journey end-to-end.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in marketing management, brand strategy, growth or demand-gen roles (HR, recruitment or professional services ideal).
• Proven track record scaling social-first and search-first campaigns, optimising conversion funnels and hitting targets.
• Hands-on with MarTech stacks: Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva/Adobe, ChatGPT & other AI-powered content tools.
• Data-driven storyteller able to translate analytics into persuasive creative.
• Confident communicator who can influence senior leaders and mentor new talent.
• Passion for continuous learning, human-centred design and purpose-driven growth.
