- Telephone Service Representative
**WHAT IS THE PRIMARY WORK LOCATION OPTION?**
- Remote
**REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS**:
Always Answer is offering contract Work From Home positions. We are a 24/7 Messaging Service (No Outbound/No Selling) looking to fill full-time positions on our 2:30pm - 11pm CST evening shift for our Dallas, Texas location.
Must be able to work weekends and US Holidays. Our next training class is scheduled to start on February 4th 2025.
- Must Speak English
- Must be located in Mexico
- Pay is direct deposited. Your bank must be able to accept international deposits.
- CSR Experience - Preferred but not required
- WFH Experience - Preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service driven
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
- Able to communicate with clients in a professional manner
- Positive attitude
- Drug free
- Professional phone etiquette
- Exceptional attendance
- Good data entry skills
**WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS**
**Windows Machines**:
- A supported version of Windows 11 Pro
- 16GB of RAM
- CPU speed of 2.5 gigahertz and Quad (4) core processor or higher
**Mac Machines**:
- Supported versions of macOS with all updates.
- Minimum 16 Gigabytes of RAM with an M series Chip
**All Setups**:
- Must have a work profile for work purposes only.
- You should be the ONLY person that has access to the work profile.
- Must use full-sized keyboard & mouse
- 2 Monitors for Dual screen support
- Both monitors should be 19” each
- Widescreen monitors are now recommended due to the enhanced appearance of our software system.
- Must have an internet connection that allows you to connect via ethernet cable to the modem.
- Dedicated internet speeds must be a minimum of 7 mbps download/ 3 mbps upload
- Wi-Fi is not acceptable
- Satellite is not acceptable
- NO data caps
- Must maintain anti-virus protection
- Free options are allowed
- Windows defender is not allowed
- You must have a webcam. Used for:
- Meetings
- Training
- Monitoring & Quality Control
- Must have a noise canceling headset
- The internet connection will be used for connecting to a voice line.
**SHIFT**
- Varies depending on call volume
- MUST be able to work flexible hours & days which include holidays & weekends.

**Pay**: $6.25 per hour USD ($.25 increase after 90 days)
- Pay is direct deposited. Your bank must be able to accept international deposits.
