Job Title: Deferred Compensation Specialist


We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of our Share Ownership strategy. This role will act as a subject matter expert and be responsible for executing, communicating, and delivering on the pre-determined strategy. The successful candidate will work with senior stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.


About this Role:


  • Engage with senior business stakeholders to obtain feedback and adjust the strategy as required
  • Lead program socialization activities including senior business leaders
